Phyllostachys aurea 'Variegata' (syn. Phyllostachys aurea 'Albovariegata')
A less vigorous clone than Phyllostachys aurea, possibly reaching about 12ft.(4m). Slender culms bearing pale green leaves with variable amounts of almost white striping. The intensity of the variegation tends to fade by late summer. A good specimen plant for a sunny position. Very limited availability.
