Fargesia utilis 

A very beautiful non-running specimen plant or screen with long arching stems and delicate narrow leaves. Eventually 15ft.(4.5m)  high and as much across.  

A superb species for sites that can accommodate its fountain - like habit. Sun or light shade. Has tolerated -18C.
